My products are completely customised. And as such, I do not offer returns or refunds. Each artwork has been created specifically for you and your pet from the photos supplied.
If you have received the wrong product, print size, frame, or your item was damaged it transit, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your order and I will replace your artwork free of charge.
If you have placed an order and changed your mind, a refund may be granted at our discretion if the artwork has not been commenced.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the image that has been uploaded with your order. I commit to informing you if the image provided is not suitable and ask that you provide an other photo.
Please note I cannot create any characteristics that are not visible in your image.
If you don’t follow my image guidelines or if the image you provide is poor quality, I cannot guarantee an optimal result.
